Cancellation Terms by Service Type

Vacation Packages

60+ days before departure

Full refund minus 15% administrative fee

30-59 days before departure

50% refund

15-29 days before departure

25% refund

Less than 15 days before departure

No refund (non-refundable)

No-shows

No refund, full amount forfeited

Hotel Reservations

7+ days before check-in

Full refund minus $50 processing fee

3-6 days before check-in

50% refund

Less than 72 hours before check-in

First night charged, remainder forfeited

Tours and Activities

10+ days before activity date

Full refund minus 10% administrative fee

4-9 days before activity date

Non-Refundable Bookings

The following are typically non-refundable:

Special event packages (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Carnival)

Promotional or deeply discounted packages

Custom group travel arrangements

Last-minute deals (booked less than 14 days before travel)

Travel insurance premiums

Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds issued to original payment method only

Credit card refunds appear in 1-2 billing cycles

Administrative fees are non-refundable in all cases

Exceptions (Requires Documentation)

Refunds may be considered outside standard policy for:

Medical emergencies preventing travel

(doctor's note required)

Natural disasters at destination

(official declarations required)

Government-issued travel bans or restrictions

(official documentation required)

Death of traveler or immediate family member

(death certificate required)

Jury duty or military deployment

How to Request a Refund

  • Booking confirmation number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will review within 48 hours

Refund decision sent via email

If approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at time of booking. Travel insurance can protect you from:

Trip cancellation for covered reasons

Medical emergencies during travel

Emergency evacuation

Baggage loss or delay

Trip interruption

Disputes
