Please read these terms carefully before booking. By making a booking through our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Merchant of Record

NextBoarding Corp is the merchant of record for all bookings made through our platform. Your credit card statement will show "NextBoarding Corp" or "NEXTBOARDING*TRAVEL". We process payments and coordinate with suppliers to fulfill your travel services.

Booking and Payment

All prices in USD

Full payment required at booking (payment plans available for packages over $2,000)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Payments processed immediately upon booking confirmation

Confirmation sent via email within 24 hours

Services Provided

We offer booking services for:

Vacation packages (flights, hotels, meals, activities included)

Hotel accommodations worldwide

Multi-day tours and guided experiences

Activities and excursions at destinations

Supplier Relationships

We contract with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and activity providers to fulfill your travel services. While we carefully select suppliers, we are not liable for supplier performance issues but will assist with resolution.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Valid passport with 6+ months validity from travel date

Required visas for your destination

Required vaccinations or health documentation

Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Arriving at departure points on time

Pricing and Availability

Prices subject to change until booking confirmed and paid

Seasonal pricing applies to peak travel periods

Special promotions subject to availability and blackout dates

Currency exchange rates may affect final pricing

Changes to Bookings

Changes subject to supplier availability and fees

Name changes may not be permitted on some bookings

Date changes incur rebooking fees plus any supplier penalties

Cancellations and Refunds

See our Refund and Cancellation Policy page for complete details. Cancellation fees apply based on timing. Some promotional packages are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for:

Personal injury

Illness

Property damage

Lost baggage

Missed connections

Indirect/consequential damages

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Trip cancellation

Medical emergencies

Evacuation

Baggage loss

Trip interruption

Customer Complaints

Contact us within 30 days of travel completion with any complaints: [email protected]. We will respond within 48 hours and work toward resolution.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Partner Agencies

We work with partner travel agencies including DM Viajes (Costa Rica) who provide customer service, travel consultation, and booking assistance.
